DESCRIPTIONS

When it comes to the battlefield of recruiting top prospective university students,  City University of Hong Kong is not only competing with its counterparts in Hong Kong, but also that in the world arena. 

Though the City University of Hong Kong is already in the 4th place on the top 50 under 50 ranking, its outstanding achievements are adversely underestimated by the students and their parents who still pay more attention to the heritage of the universities.

We need a twist to stand out from the crowd – a way that pays down its short history but highlights its uniqueness – the people.

City University of Hong Kong is named the most international university in 2020. With more than 70% of international faculty, it provides a truly micro international environment for mainland students who are craving for widening their international horizon with no need to travel miles away from their loved families.  

We then designed an annual social media content theme – Hello City University. Hello World to further project the City University of Hong Kong as a gateway for Mainland China’s students who can’t wait to have a glimpse of the International and professional world. 

It doesn’t only meet the needs of the students but also that of the stakeholders – Teachers, Academics, Enterprise and Government officials who care of the international mix and advancement of a university.
