Fuhn Hong Kong, a restaurant famous for its North American Vietnam Cuisine wants to revamp its cocktails menu and extend its service hours to midnight. To highlight the changes and give customers a refreshing look when they visit the restaurant at different day parts, we re-design the restaurant based on the Day and Night theme for Fuhn Hong Kong. 

With a kinetic interior design approach, the lighting, decorations, tablewares, wardrobes of the waitress, and of course menu in lunch hour and dinner are clearly differentiated. It gives customers a totally different experience when they come in day and night time, most importantly, it gives customers one more reason to come twice a day.
