Stereotypes not only exist among human beings, businesses too.
Innovation is never limited by a company’s nature. KWG Holdings, one of the top 10 property developers in China, is perceived as a conventional corporation for a long time. Indeed innovation is in its nature that few are aware.
Riding on the national trend of “Shēngjí zhuǎnxíng” which stands for upgrade and transformation, KWG would like to rebrand itself as a all-round property service provider with innovations in its DNA. While innovations is a cliche claim, how can KWG make it relevant to itself and to the market?

It all starts from something that’s already subtly stated in its logo – The Orange Square, which represents the innovation and breakthrough uprising on top of a solid foundation.
Therefore, we design a campaign for KWG Group Holdings based on this little and yet outstanding orange square.
We used the orange square as a tool to grab attention and highlight its diverse services, such as industry-city integration, cultural tourism, health care, and charitable donations on KVs and TVC from an innovative perspective.
