Battery. A low involvement product that hardly catches the eyeballs of the consumers.

How can we revamp Recyko 21, a rechargeable product of GP, in Greater China with look alike and yet distinctive cultures?

“I just want to make environmental protection more fun.”

Regardless of the difference in languages and consumer behaviours, one thing among the consumers is the same – They are all fun lovers. Craving fun doesn’t mean our consumers are less serious about life, instead they are the generation that redefines a fuller life. Consumers nowadays see brands as an extension of themselves. It’s not about showing how rich they are, but what they care about and who they really are as a practitioner.

Keeping this in mind, we worked with our creative partners, Kontrapunkt in adapting the idea of “Rethink, Recharge, Recyko” in the Greater China region. A series of adverts playing on words and fun content were created and launched from online to offline.
